Terms of service

The site is for alumni of the orthopaedic course who have been invited to the reunion, and it is shared privately with that group. Please don’t pass the link on to people outside it.

You sign in with a Google account or by verifying a mobile number. Please use one that is genuinely yours, and don’t register on someone else’s behalf without asking them — their details and their room booking sit behind that sign-in.

If you use both methods you will end up with two separate registrations, because a mobile number and a Google account can’t be matched automatically. Please pick one and stay with it.

Meal counts, room lists and car seats are booked from what you enter. Please keep it accurate and update it if your plans change, and do tell us if you drop out so your room or seat can go to someone else.

• Accommodation is limited to 40 rooms, up to 3 people each, for a single night. Blocking a room reserves it on a first-come basis and is not a contract with the hotel.
• The organisers may need to reallocate rooms — to fit everyone in, to merge part-full rooms, or if the hotel requires it.
• Car sharing is an introduction between attendees, nothing more. Lifts are arranged privately between the driver and passengers, and the organisers are not responsible for the journey, the vehicle, its insurance, or anything that happens on the way.

The contribution checkbox records that you are willing to chip in. It is not a payment, an invoice, or a binding commitment. No money is collected through this site and it never asks for card or bank details. If a contribution is needed, the organisers will contact you separately with the amount and how to pay.

Please don’t try to break into the site, access other people’s registrations, scrape the attendee list, or use anyone’s contact details for anything other than arranging the reunion. Contact details shown here — particularly phone numbers for car sharing — are for that purpose alone.

This is a temporary site put together for one weekend. It may be unavailable at times, and it will be switched off after 8 September 2026, when all data is deleted. Keep your own note of anything you want to remember, such as who you are sharing with.

The site is provided as it is, in good faith, by volunteers organising a get-together. We can’t promise it will be error-free or always reachable, and we’re not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Arrangements with the hotel, the caterer, and anyone giving you a lift are between you and them.

If these terms change before the reunion, the updated date at the top will change with them.
